If you remember Him before you’re grown,
He’ll bless you more than you can know.

When ev’ryone had turned their back on him,
he followed God’s will to the end,
and God made him the leader over everything.

Samuel remembered his Creator in the days of his youth.

 He listened close to what God said that night
and obeyed Him with all his might,
and God made him the last judge over Israel.

David remembered his Creator in the days of his youth.

He did not fear the giant big and tall
but trusted God would make him fall,
and God made David the king over Israel.

Josiah remembered his Creator in the days of his youth.

When he found God’s word and read all of it,
he smashed the idols into bits,
and taught the people that they must serve God alone.

Timothy remembered his Creator in the days of his youth.
Timothy remembered his Creator in the days of his youth.
He learned to love God when he was so small.
He loved him when he grew up tall
and Paul taught him to teach the lost to believe in God.

Won’t you remember your Creator in the days of your youth?

If you start now to serve your God above,
He’ll use you in His work of love.
