Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.  For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.  Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.  Hebrews 4:14-16

Boldly I Go

Verse 1:
Boldly I go before the throne.
Unto the King my name is known.
Assured He claims me for His own.
A child of God, I go alone.

Verse 2:
No need for man to go with me.
My Savior intercedes my plea.
As high priest, He is all I need.
I pray to God on bended knee.

Verse 3:
As I approach the holy place,
I look into His loving face.
Seeking His mercy, finding grace,
With confidence, I state my case.

Verse 4:
Sharing my joys, my hopes, my fears,
My King responds, my Lord, He hears.
Gently He wipes away my tears.
Filled with His peace, my spirit cheers.

Chorus:
With quiet strength I kneel to pray.
A privilege for those who obey.
He is my King, I am His own,
So boldly I go before the throne.
